Engagement-Based Refund Terms

All refund, payment, and cancellation terms are governed by your signed Engagement Proposal or Service Agreement.
Each client engagement outlines specific terms related to:

Service scope and deliverables
Payment schedules or retainers
Cancellation procedures
Refund or credit eligibility

Because each engagement is customized to meet the unique needs of our clients, we do not offer standardized or automatic refunds outside of those agreed upon in writing.

Service Delivery & Client Satisfaction

Our goal is to deliver the highest quality fractional CFO services with integrity and transparency.
If you experience a concern regarding service delivery or engagement performance, please contact us promptly at support@fractionalcfopartners.com.
We will review your engagement terms and work to resolve issues in good faith in accordance with your agreement.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once initiated or delivered:

Financial analysis, modeling, or consulting already performed
System setup, integrations, or custom deliverables
Advisory or strategic sessions already completed
Prepaid retainer hours once work has commenced

Billing Questions

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please notify us within five (5) business days of receiving your invoice.
We will review the charge and respond within a reasonable time frame.
